Site fees

We operate a simple no fuss one price all year round fee of £20 per night excluding bank holidays* (up to two adults) 16 amp EHU, awning, up to two dogs/pets, extra adults are charged at £3 each per night.

Bank Holiday weekends (Friday,Saturday and Sunday) Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day are £25 per night per caravan or motorhome for two adults, additional adults are charged £4 per night.

Please phone the sites direct landline on 01993 823207, if there is no answer please leave a brief message starting with your phone number and name first and we will get back to you ASAP.

Arrival & Departure Times

We ask our guest not to arrive before 13.00 and to vacate their plot by 12.00 noon on their last day.

 

Pitch fee includes

1 caravan or motorhome, 1 attached awning or canopy, 1 car, 2 adults, up to 2 pets, electric

hook-up, chemical toilet disposal point and fresh water taps.

Strictly no additional awnings / tents or gazeboes.

 

Groundsheets & mats used on grass must be breathable.

 

No Commercial Vehicles

We do not allow vans, pick-ups or sign written vehicles on any parts of the site including the car park.

GUESTS DAY VISITORS

• Free but only allowed on site between the hours of 10.45am until 9.45pm

• No more than 4 visitors per pitch and must be adults (18 years old +)

• Visitors vehicles should not enter the site (parked off site) they may use our car park if there is space available (no commercial vehicles)

• All visitors should report to the wardens/reception before entering the site
